He has wheels!

Wow, has it really been a few weeks already since I started this blog? My goodness, time sure does fly. I read so many interesting blog sites every day and a good majority of the blog owners update daily. I don't know how they keep up. Mostly, I just think I get stumped as to what to say every time I think about updating. I've never really kept a diary so this online version is still kind of a new thing for me routine wise. I can be chatty though so I'm sure once I get started it'll be hard to shut me up!

Anyway, today is a special day for my son Matthew. He passed his driving road test and is now a licenced driver in the state of Pennsylvania. Watch out everyone! Seriously, I am very happy for Matt. For reasons I won't go into right now, its been a long time coming but eventually everything happens at its appointed time. Yay Matt! Now I can take another 10 years off of my life worrying about him when he is out driving in bad weather, late at night, in unfamiliar territory, etc., etc. Oh the joys of motherhood......

In other news, I found a great online source for scrapbooking supplies. This is a sister site to Ritz Camera and it seems that they launched the site sometime around May of this year. They have been offering FREE shipping, NO minimum purchase, NO sales tax, and recently they have been offering a great selection of stamping and scrapbooking supplies at 20% off! Such a deal! I ordered two large EK Success "Whale of a Punch" punches (heavy!) and a Cuttlebug embossing folder 1 week ago and today I received them. Fast for free shipping. I was expecting the slow boat from China but here they are only a week later in my hot little hands already. And all for UNDER $24! Click here to check out the site. Maybe I can get motivated to create some cards and post them soon.

Stay tuned.....

I'm dipping my toe into the blogging pool...

Well, I am finally at long last attempting to write a blog. I don't know how much time I really have for this, but I thought it might be a fun way to share what I have been up to in the paper crafting world. I think as I go along I will learn more and this blog will improve as time goes on. For now it will just be very basic. I hope all who stumble upon this blog enjoy what I have to say and show.
